I hope you guys liquidated a fair amount of your stuff like I suggested about the bear market we are in. Iota holding kind of strong, cant wait for it to collapse as it is held up huge right now by a wing and a prayer (and absolutely fanatic slack supporters) I have a lot of $ in iota, but I think the marketcap is way way too high for that chit right now. Waiting for it to correct eventually sub .20 or lower.
Also I find it interesting that the bitcoin thing has 'been solved' yet the price keeps tanking. Makes me think there is some serious manipulation going on, likely under the aug1 shadow. Time it right and you could load up cheap when the big boys do as well.

i dont know why you guys are hyped about OMG. it was a good ICO coin to invest in, but it's risky now. 1) the payment card space is about to be littered with competitors, 2) payment card companies will have extremely low revenue for a while.

With people saying to get btc off exchanges to get the btc cash split, will the nano ledger be able to support it by default? Not sure how it works, I send to nano, after fork, both btc and btc cash will be on nano? Or is it better to send to an online wallet like blockchain?
Or should I just keep it on rex and hope it offers btc cash on the split? As an alt exchange, it seem easier for them to support it rather than non-alt exchanges like gdax and the like.reps for life:theheffnerr, AlphaMisc, Ancient Olympia

In to buy more ETH but not just yet. This is just speculation (much like most of this thread) but I think this dip will go deeper as we get closer to the end of the month.

Are we speculating that this dip is being caused by FUD due to Aug 1?
If so, Can we expect all players to bounce back up after the aug 1 deal?
To include omg?Once a son of light, now a creature in the night

if that happens i would think the flippening HAS to happen.
why wouldnt it?
yes, eth did the same thing but surely trust in eth would be greater than btc when it forks..

Yay just accumulated 4 ANS through trading. From 29.5 to 33.5.
Notbad.jpgDeath is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

That's one of the biggest risk of cryptos, and why alot do their ICO overseas. The true beneficially has always been the company for ICO , not buyers. Where else can you sell something, but what you sold is gives the buyer no rights or anything. Literally these crypto companies can take your money and just shut down since they are not regulated, a lot of ICO actually say the token is a donation, when you buy into an ICO.
Take omise, they raised more money then they did from venture capialist. Yet venture capialist bought a part of the company and these guys aren't stupid to buy a token where there's 0 rights of the buyer. Now they will profit off the standard omise payment system, and also off OMG if it's success. While token owners invested in OMG, which could be abandoned at any time, with 0 recourse.
There's that other coin ICN I think, they did an ICO where they said there coin would give you dividends, people thought this is great it's like a share. Then afterwards they said nah we are not paying dividends lol, and nothing ICN holders can do.

Nah mane, disagree. Still by far the best kept secret in crypto IMO. Based on speculation alone should at least be double its current marketcap and in the top 20. It's not risky (relative to other cryptos). And it wasn't just another ICO. In fact, you couldn't even invest in it as an ICO because a company saw its value and bought it out before it even began (some tokens were left for presale buyers though I think)

Well I see SEC is stepping in - and they don't like ICOs at all. I loosely suspected the gov would get in and lock this chit down.
