I was on the market for a vanilla flavored protein since I was running low on that
flavor and I saw a good deal on Beast Van so I figured I'd give it a try even though
most of the great feedback has been for the choc flavor but what the hell I gave it
a try and I'm glad I did.

Ingredients:
Protein Blend Complex (Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Hydrolysate, Micellar Casein, Egg White Protein), Natural & Artificial Flavors, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Enzyme Blend (Protease, Amylase, Lactase), Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Potassium Citrate
Ingredient Profile- 8.5/10- The ingredient profile is pretty straight forward with really no funny
looking ingredients or a boat load of fillers. This is a multi blend but with the cholesterol count
being 70mg or more that can only mean this is predominately a whey concentrate protein with
some isolates, and hydrolyzed whey and very little micellar casen and egg white albumin. I made
proats with this protein a couple of times and it turned out very thin and if this had a good amount
of micellar casein it would have come out a little thicker. I like the inclusion of digestive enzymes and
I had no digestive issues at all with the whey concentrate being the main source of protein.
Mix Ability- 10/10- I mixed all my shakes using a shaker cup with no blender ball and the powder
mixed up with virtually no foam and no particles floating or sticking to the shaker cup. The powder
has a heavy grainy looking texture but once the water hit the powder it mixed up very well.
Taste- 9.2-/10- When it comes to vanilla flavored proteins I personally prefer a heavy cake batter
or vanilla ice cream type flavor but this protein had neither one of those and it tasted more like
a strong butter cream type flavor. The first time trying, it didn't blow me away but I liked the fact
that it had a strong flavor but after using it a few more times in ice cold water post workout the
flavor really grew on me. The taste kind of reminded me of the butter type flavor you would get
from a frosting on something like a carrot cake or spice cake and again I prefer cake batter and
ice cream type vanillas but this one was a very good change of pace from those types of vanillas
or one of those really bland boring vanillas. This Beast vanilla is definitely not boring or lacking in
flavor.
Overall- 9/10- I definitely recommend giving this vanilla protein a try if your looking for a flavor
that is a little different from any of the vanillas that you might be use to and again what I really
liked about this flavor was that it was strong on flavor so it flavored up yogurt, cottage cheese
very well and worked pretty good in a couple of recipes that I used it in but most of all I enjoy
drinking this flavor in ice cold water post workout.
Since this vanilla was very much to my liking I will definitely be giving the Chocolate flavor a try
sometime in the future when I need this flavor since the higher ratings have been on the choc
and I am a HUGE choc protein fan so hopefully this will be a BEAST of a flavor like the Vanilla is
for me.

As I mentioned in my review this was a heavy looking grainy type powder with a dark
tan color but again it mixed up very well and the color of the powder almost gives you
a hint that this was going to be a little different type of flavor than your ordinary bland
type vanillas. I forgot to mention in my review is price point which if you look around and
get it on a sale you can find this sometimes at $29.99 or slightly less which makes this a
very good BEAST BANG for your $buck.

Thanks for check out the BEAST review and as I mentioned I've seen some good deals on this protein
especially during a holiday promo and I will definitely be picking the choc up in the future.
Ingredients
1- 1/2 cup of oat powder (Muscle Feast Brand)
2- 1 scoop of Beast Vanilla Protein
3- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
4- 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
5- 1/4 tsp of ginger powder
6- 1/4 tsp of allspice powder
7- 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
8- 1 mashed banana in a separate bowl then add it to the mixture
9- 1 heaping tbs of canned pumpkin
10- 1 tsp of liquid vanilla extract
11- 1 tsp of pumpkin cookie butter (Trader Joe) if no pumpkin then use regular cookie butter
Mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and combine thoroughly then carefully spoon the
batter onto a doughnut pan that has been coated with nonstick spray. Place the pan into a
preheated nonstick oven for about 8-10 min but watch it carefully cause they bake up very
fast.

here he goes with the crazy awesome protein powder recipes again. That vanilla sounds great. You mixed it in water and enjoyed it too. Unfortunately, I'm not drinking whole milk rn. I used to mix all of my protein shakes in local dairy farm whole milk though, and I bet it would be so delicious with this vanilla.

This is definitely a good flavor for protein shakes and as I mentioned the Choc is the flavor that I saw
more reviews for where everyone seemed to really like it but I wanted a van at the time so I grabbed
it and it's been a good drinking flavor and it's worked pretty well in a couple of things that I did with it
in the kitchen but it' didn't thicken up enough for proats so that's why I've used it most in shakes and
mixing with yogurt and cottage cheese.
Ingredients
1- 1/2 cup of oat powder (Muscle Feast Brand)
2- 1 1/2 scoops of Beast Vanilla Protein
3- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
4- 1 heaping tbs of almond flour
5- 1/4 cup of chopped roasted almonds
6- 3 pieces of dried mango chopped into tiny pieces (optional cause the flavor kind of got lost)
7- 1/4 cup of white choc chips
8- 2 tbs of liquid almond extract (this is a MUST to really give it that almond flavor)
9- 2 heaping tbs of no salt chunky almond butter
10- 1 egg white slightly beaten in a separate bowl
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients then add the almond butter and combine thoroughly then
add the extract and the egg white and blend all the ingredients until you get a cookie dough.
Take a cookie scoop that has been coated with nonstick spray and scoop out balls of dough
and drop them on a cookie sheet that has been coated with nonstick spray. Take a fork and
carefully press down the dough balls to form cookies then place the pan into a 325 degree
preheated oven for about 8-10 min. When done let the cookies cool off before storing them
in the fridge until ready to eat.

Ingredients
1- 1 cup of oat powder (Muscle Feast Brand)
2- 2 70cc scoops of Beast Vanilla Protein
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
5- 1/4 cup of chopped roasted peanuts
6- 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
7- 1 banana mashed in a separate bowl then add to the batter (this is for texture not flavor)
8-1 tbs of liquid vanilla extract
9- 3 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
10-2 egg whites
11- 2-3oz of unsweetened almond milk
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and combine then spoon
the batter into a muffin pan that has been coated with nonstick spray but only fill the
cups 1/2 way then drop a little less than a tsp of Chunky PB into each muffin then cover
with the rest of the batter. Place the pan into a 325 degree preheated oven for about
20 min until done. When they are cool remove from the pan and store them in the fridge
in a container until ready to eat.

Another great and detailed review SH! I'm not very creative in the kitchen but can definitely follow a recipe. Thanks for posting several. Have you thought about (or have you done) an ongoing thread that basically had different recipes you have tried? If not, hope you would consider doing one. I know I, and probably many others, would definitely sub to it.

Thanks rd and it's been a while since I've seen you around so good to see you back and definitely
looking forward to seeing any logs or reviews you have coming. I do have a lot of protein reviews
where I've posted ideas on what to do with the protein in the kitchen but I haven't done one on
going thread of all the proteins just on going of certain brands. You can definitely find them by
probably doing a search using my user name.
Ingredients
1-3/4 cup of 1 min rolled oats
2- 1 scoop of Beast Van Protein
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 2 tbs of unsweetened flaked or shredded coconut
5- 1 banana mashed up into almost liquid in a separate bowl and then add to batter
6- 1 tbs of van liquid extract
7- 2 egg whites 1 whole egg
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and combine thoroughly. Spoon the batter
onto a preheated lightly oiled pan and cook the pancakes on both sides then plate.
Frosting- In a bowl add add 3/4 of a scoop of Beast Van protein and then slowly add a few drops
of water and stir briskly until you get a thick spreadable consistency. Spread some of the frosting
on each pancake and form a stack then garnish with a banana slice and a little coconut.
