I am a 25yr old guy.I started gym around 4months back and since then I have been on and off and not that regular at gym.
Height: 168cms
Starting point: 51kg
Current: 58.5kg
My concern is that in the process I have gained a lot of fat is what i think and very less muscle. I had a flat tummy and now its kinda bulging atleast comparatively.
Below is my diet plan that i have been following:
Calorie Intake:
maintenance 2500
surplus 500
total 3000
Macros:
Carbs: 463gm (62%)
Protein: 148gm (20%)
Fat: 62gm (18%)
Diet is attached.
Can someone tell me where am I going wrong
