    Morning,

    Night swim 21 Laps 90 mins

    Today I trained with my PT again.
    Then I was going to swim and the pool was closed. So I decided to swim at night.

    When I arrived at gym around 8pm, the parking lot is packed. You cannot imagine how many people workout late at night here. I finished my workout at 10pm and the parking lot is still full.

    Luckily the pool is empty. I actually have my own most of the time.

    I am pretty tired to complete two workouts on a weekday. But i feel very happy afterwards.

    I am struggling. Trying to focus and prioritize. It's hard and I am feeling sad.

    Today is the last day of my training session. I have not decided if I will continue.
    My PT is very knowledgeable. But I feel something is missing. Maybe the difficulty of the workout. Maybe the passion. I am not sure.

    My performance is not really there this morning. My squat is shaking. My bench is also kind of shaking. So I cannot move up my squat weight since it is still shaking.
    Surprisingly my pendlay rows improved. I was going to do 55lb like last time, but couldnt find 55lb barbell. So I tried 60lb and it feels okay.
    My cardio is not as fast as before. I tried to do it faster. But somehow the speed is slow even though I put effort in it.

    I am not sure why performance went down so quickly. Good thing is that today is Friday.

    Thank you, sweetie. He is okay. I need to find a good specialist for him.
    I kind of feel the stress you had when your BF was sick. When the people you care a lot about is not doing well, it is tough.

    I am a girl, but I don't understand girls sometimes. Why would they tell you how aweful their bf is, get your simpathy, ask for your advice, trash your advice, married to him and their husband hates you. This is the 2nd time happened. I feel like a fool. My roommate tells me that she is not worth be a friend. I am very confused.

    Lately a lot of bad things happened one after another. I want to drive to the beach, sit and think.

    I might have been that kind of girl who talks chit about the bf for a long time and then get married. To make you feel better, maybe their dynamics have improved, both ppl may have learned and got better, and the husband doesn't necessarily hate you, because you're a honest and true friend to the girl. You should be proud!!

    If this is not the case, and they're still the same people as before, and the husband would hate you for your advice against him, then that's totally their problem. Don't feel bad about anything you did and don't trouble yourself. If they have unsolved issues that they carry into the marriage, it'll find its solution naturally.

    I know I'm an often confused girl and i'm even younger, lol, I might be too optimistic for problems like this. I just want you to feel better!! If you have time this afternoon you should go to the beach (with your son?) and relax a bit. Get some vitamin D!

    It was very dramatic.

    She and her then bf had a huge fight. She moved out and moved in with me temporarily.

    She called 911 several time on her b/f during the move out. She told me that if her b/f came, I could call 911. Then I get scared and think he must be a horrible person so that a girl will try this hard to run away.

    Then he came to my place when she was not at home, I didn't let him in and told him that she was not here.

    Then she went back to her then b/f. She starts to invite me to hang out together with her b/f. I told her that since she described him like that before, I don't want to see him, and he cannot come to my place.

    Then he proposed, she accepted, and she posted on social media like she was so loved with him and so thankful. End of the story.

    Anyhow last night another drama thing happened. Actually these days one drama after another. That's why I worked out 3 times over 5 hours at the gym because gym is the only place I feel peaceful and no drama.

    She came last night after 8:30 and moved out all her stuff.

    She asked me if her fiancé can come in and help her move. I said that I don't want to see him and don't want him be at my place.

    She then asked me, you still cannot forgive him?

    I said to her, you know, it is way too much drama and I really cannot understand the whole situation. She said yeah, not many people can understand. But at this moment I feel it is the right decision. I said well, if you think it is good. Then that's good. I told her that we can still have play dates because I like her son. But I just don't want to see him. She thanked me for providing the room as her shelter at that time.

    I guess I lost one friend who I used to trust a lot. But now I cannot trust her any more. I feel a little bit sad because we have been friends for two years. I actually don't know why I don't like that guy so much that I cannot accept him even though she is marrying to him.

    I told her I have a lot of drama in my life too, and I cannot add additional drama. She said you have drama? Your life is getting better and better. I never know you have any drama. I feel disappointed. I don't know why she starts to talk like this.

    This thing is over. She moved out. I used to like to think about lesson learned. What did I do wrong? I literally don't know what I can learn from this and what I can do to avoid this happen again.

    I am just going to forget about this and focus on resolving other issues.

    yesterday's workout:

    Elliptical 15 mins;
    squat 30lbx25;30lbx30,30lbx45;
    Incline push up 20,25,30;
    Incline bridge 20x3; Sit up x100;
    Elliptical 15 mins.

    Just come back from vacation. Saw a lot of beautiful scenes: Waterfall, Cavern, Lake with very clear water, Museum, Zoo, Feed the Parrot etc.

    My boy is going to Kindergarten soon, so I am starting to tour schools. Yesterday I visited one private school. I am going to visit 1 more private school, 2 Christian school and 1 public school.

    His birthday is also coming up soon. I just booked a birthday party place for him yesterday and started to invite a bunch of parents. I am thinking of the theme for his birthday party, maybe Thomas Train? I am excited.

    I still have not searched for the ear doctor for him yet. It is still on my to do list.

    I have not started the online personal training with my coach yet. I just sent my pictures and my measurements to my coach today, and hopefully will start soon.

    So my friend just called me and asked me if I will attend her wedding. I told her my concern, but I told her if she made the final decision then I will give her my best wish and attend her wedding. I just don't want to see her get hurt or make another mistake. We are still friends.

    Update: I booked a dr for my son

    I first locate the best ear nose neck department near where I live. It is Stanford Children Hospital.
    Then I went to bluecross website to find the name of the dr.
    Then I went to health usnews website to find their year of experience.
    Then I went to yelp and other review website to find the dr review.
    After reading several ****ty review, I was a little bit frightened.
    I finally find a doctor with all good review, not a lot of review, but there is no negative review, and he has over 20 year experience.

    I called the hospital. They arranged me some other doctor. I typed the name of the dr and find another ****ty review. I said no, and they switched to the dr I wanted. The receptionist is very impatient. She keeps saying that I am going to lose the appointment with the other dr., but I insisted.

    Yesterday, I started to invited parents to my boy's birthday party. Got yes from most of them. Next I will order some thomas train theme plate and cups for the party.

    My online coach responded to me and said that they received my Email and will respond soon. I told my friend that I signed with this Coach . She is excited for me. She did awesome transformation with him and win the metal at the competition. But she is much more disciplined than I am.

    I actually worked out at the gym, but didn't have chance to log them, so I didn't post them. Glad to see you are doing well!

    I went to Mountain Shasta, Lake Shasta Cavern, Turtle Bay Exploration Park and McCloud River Fall. They are near Sacramento area.

    "These exercises we generally stay a'ways from as they create imbalances, broaden the waist and over develop quads. It is not to say we never do them but we generally don't start with them as we want to make sure we are focusing on overall balance and symmetry and developing proper muscle balance. If you would like to implement them now that is not an issue."

    I think I will follow the suggestion to skip these for now.

    The real challenge is actually not the workout, but the diet. This is difficult as I am an emotional eater. I eat too much when I am under stress or when I am tired. I feel very bad about this problem.

    Broaden the waist?!?!?!? overdevelop quads?!!? ok. i can't deny that i don't have slim waist and small quads lol. i see that your coach is very focused on bodybuilding first to get your muscle volume up, and from there maybe incorporate strength training. That's ok, i believe that he or she sees your body composition and made the decision on the program. it should be beneficial to you!
