Question I need a good bodyweight workout routine

So yes, I need one, it's summer and I haven't even started to workout properly, I have a good base, I want to focus on shoulders, traps, upper back, upper chest, triceps...
    Could anyone advice me something?

    Thanks.

Body weight alone won't really get you anywhere, I suggest you join a gym.

A decent home gym setup would be; power rack, bench, barbell and weights. You can probably find cheap second hand stuff on craigslist.

A good place to start would be:

    1. Lunges
    2. Single leg squats
    3. Pushups
    4. Dips
    5. Close Grip Pushups
    6. Bodyweight triceps extensions on a rail/fence
    7. Pullups
    8. Inverted Rows (Basically Horizontal Pullups)
    9. Lateral Raises with water jugs (1-3 gallons) or something in the 10-25 pound range
    10. Planks
    11. Leg Raises

1 and 2 will hit your legs good, 3 and 4 for chest, front delts, and triceps, 5 for triceps and front delts, 6 for triceps, 7 for lats, upper back, and biceps, 8 for upper back, rear delts, and biceps, 9 for medial delts, 10 and 11 for abs and low back.

Good luck, but as others have mentioned you can only go so far with these exercises alone.

And you STILL won't be working out properly if you ignore your legs. ;-)
