Floor on calories consumed for those doing contest prep?

Long story short, I'm getting decently lean now(8-9%) with still 2 months to go for my prep. I've gotten away so far with doing only 3x15 min sessions a week of walking on incline as a form of cardio. The problem is given my current frame(5'7 145lb), I'm dieting at 1500 calories. For those that have gotten to stage bf%... is there a "floor" for calories that you would suggest not going before before trying to increase EAT(taking into consideration overall health, hormone profile, etc)?

I know it would be ideal to start adding in cardio, but honestly I'd rather eat poverty cals. I think I know the answer to my own question but would be great to gather some anecdotal data.

It doesn't take an Experienced coach to tell someone that they're eating as much as an 11 year old does.

OP: Your question isn't going to have a definite answer, it's going to vary from individual to individual, just know that your calories are ALREADY low. Give or take a few hundred, and depending on how long you keep the dieting up, and you risk malnourishment and further LBM loss.
