    A little Beta-Alanine insight please!

I have taken Pre's that have beta-alanine in them, the typical dose being about 1.6g. I feel it does help with my endurance on heavy lift days. I just got a free tub of it, and the dose for a teaspoon is 3.6g. I am looking for any input as to if this higher dose can give an even better result related to endurance and training. Sharing your experience with it would be appreciated!

WebMD info: For improving physical performance: 3.2-6.4 grams daily of a specific beta-alanine product (CarnoSyn, Natural Alternatives International).
