    Keto diet without working out

    Does the keto diet still work even if you don't work out? I suffer from bad anxiety and even thinking about going in the weight section of the gym makes me nervous. Been wanting to start the keto diet but don't know where to start, don't know why I can\cant eat etc and I didn't know this place existed with all the info on keto

    Yes keto works still and have 100000000 benefits for people and many people don't realise this , specially when its come to desies and other things keto works amazing its also known to help with anxiety

    if you start keto make sure you do it correctly , keep the fat high the protein low and no carbs drink lots of water and salt your foods , do a well formulated keto diet , don't use the process meats and bacon and garbage use real food you can hunt or catch not in a package

    I've suffered from similar anxieties...if your not ready to face them , no biggie. I've lost nearly 80lbs in 7 months on Keto (started at 411) without very much working out. I've gone weeks without a workout and still dropped lbs. The biggest battle against obesity/weightloss is in the kitchen. You win that your 96% of the way their.
