    Red face Supplements for beginners

I'm new to Body Building and would like to know what and (what not ) supplements, should I be taking. Want to slim down but yet have that look of small waist and large muscles. Want to look small but yet large. I need to know what is out there to be taking.

For me a basic stack is:
    Creatine
    Protein
    Multi Vitamin
    Maybe No2
Most important a good diet and hard work at the gym

*This talks about NO2, that it works great with creatine

    *Protein, basic for bbers

I'm now working out 4 time a week 45 minutes to maybe an hour each day. I do cardio on the other 3 days such as bicycling, swimming and running.

start with just a protein supplement....100% whey...since you are just starting out. And see the progress...then you can make judgements on what to move forward on. One can get lost in the supplement world and end up throwing lots of money away on things that they may not need.

But also do a multi-vitamine...that is important.

Creatine should be dosed by bodyweight. It won't harm you to take too much, but it will be wasted.
