is it ok if i take fish oil and then drink milk?
usually i take fish oil before i go to bed and then i drink i glass of milk
is it ok?
fish oil with calcium is a good combo?

Drinkingfish oil is gross, but whatever floats your boat. Just don't take green tea with milk, that's bad.
