That 5 bar super is hnggg as ****. Hopefully there are a couple more of them, maybe the Spirit Bomb. If you have Goku and Vegeta on same team, 7 bar fusion?! Would be nasty.

Initially I was convinced they would just have multiple skins for the characters with a lot of transformations once it became apparent only some characters transform as part of their skills, but I read somewhere that given how they render/design the models it actually takes a long ass time to put a new outfit in - so I'm not so sure anymore. If I had to guess it would be something like this:

Think it hits on most of the MOST important ones, could be forgetting someone, need to do some DLC though. It would be totally fine IMO if they allow you to re-skin Goku (SS Goku, SSG Goku, SS3 Goku, Bardock, Turles etc) on to one hero like that, but like I said I read that it's not so easy with how the game is made so we'll see.

One of the devs did an interview the other day and heavily implied Trunks will be using his sword, and that they picked these 6 to demo the game because they were "the most straight forward" with how they fight. Which means we could see some off the wall **** down the line, will be insane if they put Hitts time freeze in somehow, could make for some insane next level plays.

It's amazing the amount of detail they put into it. They didn't just watch 5 minutes of YouTube clips when they drew up all the models / attacks, which is what a lot of lazy cucks would do, they are literally modeling everything to represent the show. If it's really only 20% done, /mindblown - it's already an incredible achievement in game art.

****in Marvel vs. Capcom looks like a mobile game and it comes out in like 2 months lol.

I'm pretty confident they will have a way more legit single player than most fighting games these days too. This game is effectively the Christ figure of fighting games, has the chance to bring everyone together.

Agree. Seems like they watched the whole DBZ/DBS Series, took notes and implemented these notes into the game. Even friezas disc returning and hitting him is a reference to the show.

But dont knock on MvCi lol. Looks like crap but its fun lol. Playing the demo now.

The visuals are 10 out of 10. If it has a decent soundtrack and solid gameplay mechanics it will be goty for me. Hngggg.

so excited. Sounds easier to pick up than GG/BB but sounds like lots of depth. I am sure MVCi is fun but capcom is honestly pretty **** these days and I use to be such a fan of them. There is no excuse it looks that ugly, then the dlc sounds pretty bad as well

Surprised there is a good number of people whining that this wasn't Xenoverse 5, Tenchaichi 8 or w/e they were on etc. I'm not even good at fighting games but I always thought those games were lame as ****. Budokai was about as dumbed down as a game should be mechanically and still be entertaining. I get the Xenoverse thing let's you more or less RPG with other people and what not - but any game where you can spam the same **** over and over and succeed is a bore IMO.

I liked XV, it's not some amazing game but it's DBZ and a fun game to play casually once in a while. Definitely much more hyped for FighterZ though, always wanted a truly competitive DB game. I remember playing DBZ Hyper Dimension on emulators by myself and that chit was extremely fun to play (and pretty difficult) and try to pull off Goku's Spirit Bomb. I like high skill cap games w/ competitive communities, I personally think they have a longer life.

Yeah, I don't remember the controls either but it was such a pain in the ass to do. Even practicing on a bot that didn't move, I remember it being super tough and to pull it off on a moving one was damn near impossible but if you did it was hnnggggggggg as fuk.

Had no one to play but I remember wishing so bad that game had online. I'm pretty much hoping this game is a better version of that w/ online and hopefully a strong community.
