Came back from the gym after having bronchitis. Some thing told me the previous day to try and deadlift 405. I listened to that voice and tried it and I finally hit that magic number I wanted. not to mention I have had a metal plate in my arm for over 10 years so I kinda am getting nervous the heavier I go but I can feel my joints and muscles getting stronger. I personally think my form could have been better but it's not as sloppy as my 315 dead lift I did over a year ago.
