I've been working out for a year...
And I'm a hardgainer
My split is like one muscle group a day
Chest
Biceps
shoulders
triceps
back
legs
Now I'm looking forward to change to a push pull leg program
Am i decreasing my volume here??
Because in my split there are 4-5 exercises for a muscle group
but in PPL there's like one exercise for one Muscle group a day
IS IT OKAY TO CHANGE??
Will I gain strength and muscle if i change to PPL
or would I lose my gains>

You're not a hardgainer, your workouts just suck. Get on a decent program from the stickies, you have no need to have 4-5 exercises per muscle, in a full-body program you hit every muscle three times a week. Way better and way better on your time.
You didn't even mention nutrition which is the most important part here. You won't gain anything if you don't eat at a caloric surplus. So get on a proper program, track your eating, you probably don't have any gains to lose at this point.Tactical Barbell Crew
