Hello I am new member on this forum. I am 26 years old and I started working out 3 months ago. Afer one week I took the first picture and told myself to wait for another one 3 moonths so the progress will be visible.
I am training about 5-6 times a week. I am doing pull-push-legs ruitine, every muscle twice a week and of day on sunday. I try to eat enough, especially I take care to eat 2 grams of protein per kg of body weight.
I am lifting a lot more now when I did when I began (bench press 80% more, pullups from 1 at the begining to 8 now, squads 50% more, deadlift 100% more etc)
So I would like your honest opinion based on the two pictures below if my progress is good or not for 3 months. Also I would love if anyone would estimate my boodyfat % based on two pictures. Thanks.
