    Favorite cutting breakfast?

What are some of you favorite cutting breakfasts? Personally i like to put 130 grams of oven roasted turkey and some other veggies and suger free bbq suace in a veggie wrap and wrap it like a burrito. Goes around 30 grams of protien and 150 cals. I usually eat around 2 is pretty filling. Include macros if you can.

Depends on what you mean by breakfast.

In the morning, or my first meal?

First meal, like another poster said, black coffee. For breakfast, 1 whole egg, 10 egg whites, turkey sausage, and if it's a lifting day, I give myself some more carbs and eat some grits, oats, or toast with it. If it's a non-lifting day, I add salsa, beans, and onions.

1-2 whole eggs, 2-3 egg whites, spinach, veggies on the side, 1 scoop of whey+water. Goes around 370 cals, 40g of protein, minimal fat & carb, green tea/coffee - no sugar or cream

2 ingredient banana pancakes - 1 banana, 1-2 eggs - whip together, make like pancakes, 5-10 minute simple, quick, low calorie meal, you can mix in whey/protein of your choice for extra protein

Plain, low fat greek yogurt 1 serving (around 225g) - Around 300 calories again, bunch of protein, low carb, low fat, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 serving of frozen fruit (berries), 1/2 tbsp of natural peanut butter if you don't mind the fat and calories

Spinach, egg, bacon wrapped muffins - mix that thing up and bake in muffin pan

1/2 block of firm tofu, veggies (spinach, peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.) scramble like eggs, season well while cooking

    Hope it helps.

I put a tbsp of olive oil in a pan. Chop up some kale, broc****, onions and red peppers. Cook til soft add two organic or cage free eggs, some liquid egg whites. Add half slice American cheese and some hot sauce to finish the omlette. Very tasty!

You do you all that in the morning? You must be some cheery morning person.

100g frozen banana, 50g frozen red fruit (whatever really, I prefer raspberries, to hide the slightly bitter taste of banana smoothies), 300ml full fat milk (even on a cut), cinnamon and a scoop of vanilla (even chocolate, the powder can't overpower the taste of frozen ripe bananas) protein powder in the blender is my preferred breakfast. I don't have a lot of time to eat in the morning and this one fills me up easily and tastes great. Next to my hot black coffee the frozen smoothie wakes me up perfectly.

Plus I don't think it has a bad nutritional profile and I personally can't stomach chicken/turkey/fish/eggs as a protein source in the morning. Protein powder is the cheapest quality source of protein for me.

I'm cutting on 1,800 calories or so but I usually eat 3 meals a deal (with a protein bar on days I lift before lifting). Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day so when I can cook it consists of: 3 fried egg, turkey sausage, bacon and some toast. I can usually make my breakfast 600 calories and still no have problem restraining myself the rest of the day Cut down 15lbs so far in the past few months.

Usually a protein shake and a bowl of Special K protein cereal. Gives me around 50-60g of protein. Then coffee a bit later in the morning before I eat lunch.

....bananas are 'bitter' now? Are you sure you're not buying unripe plantains?

I said whey shake before. But that's only when I'm not hungry. When I'm more hungry I make pancakes from oats and whey.

You noticed I was joking right?

In case you weren't, there's no such thing as belgian bananas due to our climate.
