I am going to attempt the 1000lb club in a couple of weeks and was wondering if anyone had any advice on exercise routines for a week prior to attempting the 1000lb lifts as well as a day before. Also what should I eat the night before?
It's gonna be difficult to get that 1000lb squat. With a week prior I recommend squatting 400 Monday, 500 Tuesday, 600 Wed, 700 Thurs, 800 Fri, 900 Sat. Then 1000 on competition day.
