Im curious about trying some plant protein for a change. I hear it's really good for you and can be as beneficial as the typical whey. Any truth behind this and anyone care to give me any suggestions?

We make a fantastic vegan protein called Rawfusion. It's non-gmo, all natural, really tasty, and economical. It's not only our #1 selling product, it's been the #1 vegan protein almost every month, consecutively since it came out.
I can send samples, if you like.~ Roast Master, Resident Coffee Warlock~

'Good for you'.... no real benefit. Costs more, not as good of an AA profile as whey, not as bio-available, worse mixability, taste (usually), texture (usually)....
Not seeing much to be after really, assuming you are not vegetarian/vegan or lactose intolerant to an extreme and do not want an ISO.
But PES Vegan, SAN RAWFusion, and most Vega stuff is pretty good; not worth it IMO if you just want to try it though, extra cost and all that.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
