Cool Training blog cuz why not...

Decided to blog my training as i start up again after months of being a fat ****, shamefully covering my hard worked for abs with pizza, Reese's Peanut butter cups and many more treats that make me hate myself after feasting down on in massive volume.
Resetting my sights back to where my mind was a year ago.
Not fussed if anyone reads mostly just to log progress for myself so i can look back and stay motivated.
(Not really Day 1) Day 1:
finished my second day in a row of boxing circuit on very tight budget:
    1. Zig Zag Hops x20 (Ankle Weights 2.5 lbs)
    2. One Leg Zig Zag Hops x10 Each Leg (Ankle Weights 2.5 lbs)
    3. Feet Together Zig Zag x20 (Ankle Weights 2.5 lbs)
    4. Bob & Weave (Fake Rope) x20 (Ankle Weights 2.5 lbs)
    5. Elbow to knee Lunges x10 Each Leg (Ankle Weights 2.5 lbs)
    6. Front Kicks x10 Each Leg (Ankle Weights 2.5 lbs)
    7. Side Kicks x10 Each Leg (Ankle Weights 2.5 lbs)
    8. 8kg KettleBell overhead Lunges x10 Each Leg (Ankle Weights 2.5 lbs)
    9. Knee Ups x40 (Ankle Weights 2.5 lbs)
    10. Rope Weave & Jabs x20 Each Arm (Wrist Weights 2.5 lbs)
    11. Rope Weave & Uppercuts x20 Each Arm (Ankle Weights 2.5 lbs)
    12. Wide Grip Press-Ups x15
    13. Close Grip Press-Ups x15
    14. One Leg Balance Stand 1 Minute

-Once First Circuits done I do 3, 3 Minute rounds with 1 minute rests on the double ended speed bag
-Once Second Circuits done i do same format on the 5ft freestanding punch bag
Punch bag isn't the best but it's all my budget allows at this very moment in time it's ok to work combinations and get my stamina back up but if you try heavy hitting it will fall over, maybe filled with sand rather than water would be better but the waters free so liquid wins at the moment.

I'm planning on blogging every training day to keep my mind in it, and maybe even someone reading will get some ideas off my exercises to try in their own workouts.
Goals set are getting back into boxing to state the obvious but to eventually get into MMA, I did a few lessons at Marsden Martial Arts in Chesterfield but wasn't able to continue due to moving home, my aim is to get into boxing as it's more familiar from doing 2 years of boxing as a kid and then with some fighting experience in the ring move to the cage in the next couple of years.
Hope you enjoy the read, those of you that could be arsed to read it all :P
    Till Monday.
