    What if...? breakfast question.

What if I eat a regular meal for breakfast?(Like what I eat for lunch & dinner) Is this good/bad?

I guess it depends on what a "regular" meal is to you, and whether or not that fits into your overall calorie and macro goals.

As long those calories all add up at the end of a day... eat as you see fit.

If you want to load up on breakfast and eat smaller later in the day, do that... if you want to eat big in the evenings and eat small at other times of the day, do that. It's all about what works best for you based on your schedule and also how your body responds... I mean, I don't eat a breakfast first thing for example as I prefer working out empty or with something super minimal. If I chowed down a big breakfast and headed straight to the gym, I wouldn't foresee things going well...

Well regular would be potatoes/rice with some meat + some salad freshly made. I'm just wondering about this issue becouse on my normal breakfast I eat oatmeal + a couple of eggs but I just don't feel as "energetic" until I have lunch for example.. I'm not sure maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Well, my goals are still to get more bulked up since when I first started up(where I was 65-67 kg) and I'm currently 73-74kg~ give or take. So I was wondering if eating a "better" breakfast could help me with that.

Eat "lunch" foods in the morning and see how it works for you.

Which, to be fair, would certainly open up some lucrative commercial opportunities for the OP, if that's what he's into. Rule 43, and all that.

OP -- eat food whenever. There's nothing magical about eggs, bacon, and oatmeal. If oatmeal isn't tripping your trigger, eat rice and meat. In some parts of the world, that IS breakfast food. As long as you're hitting the appropriate calorie count, getting sufficient protein and fats, and working out to support your goals, you're GTG.

Often people don't feel energetic after a high carb breakfast. Try a higher protein & fat breakfast with less carbs instead.
