What if I eat a regular meal for breakfast?(Like what I eat for lunch & dinner) Is this good/bad?

As long those calories all add up at the end of a day... eat as you see fit.
If you want to load up on breakfast and eat smaller later in the day, do that... if you want to eat big in the evenings and eat small at other times of the day, do that. It's all about what works best for you based on your schedule and also how your body responds... I mean, I don't eat a breakfast first thing for example as I prefer working out empty or with something super minimal. If I chowed down a big breakfast and headed straight to the gym, I wouldn't foresee things going well...

Which, to be fair, would certainly open up some lucrative commercial opportunities for the OP, if that's what he's into. Rule 43, and all that.
OP -- eat food whenever. There's nothing magical about eggs, bacon, and oatmeal. If oatmeal isn't tripping your trigger, eat rice and meat. In some parts of the world, that IS breakfast food. As long as you're hitting the appropriate calorie count, getting sufficient protein and fats, and working out to support your goals, you're GTG.I'm here to kick ass and chew bubble gum, and I'm all out of bubble gum.
