I've been cutting for 7 months and I haven't gotten my period since. Im cutting at a 500 calorie defict, nothing crazy, so I don't know why I have stopped menstruating. Thoughts?

Not an unreasonable intake on cals, and fat. BMI is normal, but some women do lose their periods without being underweight, it could be a low body fat for your body in particular.
Seven months is also a long time to be in a cut, have you had cheat days? If you haven't had any days with maintenance or higher calories, it may be worth trying a refeed to see if our body is struggling with the constant deficit. I'd eat at maintenance for awhile to see if that helps.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

18% is pretty lean, and can be low enough for some women to lose their period. 20-22% is considered "fit/athletic" and many sites refer to 19% and under as low for a woman. It ultimately depends on the person though, some people just can't get below a certain amount without losing their period, even if it's not extremely lean.
I'd still refer to your dr/gyno to make sure there's no other issues, to be on the safe side, but I wouldn't rule out that body fat % could be the cause.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

7 months is super long for a cut, what was your starting weight? Will you just maintain now at 120?
Have you done a pg test? Also it could be related to birth control, my period stopped eventually when I was on the pill for a long time. I talked to my doctor and we decided to stop the pill for a break and then my period came back normal.
