    lol, the 'crazy guy' (big foot, aliens, flat earth, non-gmo) at my work was actually talking about this stuff the other day. At least I think it was this stuff. I think it's also known as black cumin.

    There is a lot of clinical studies on black seeds. whether it works or not would depend on why you wanted to use it. Most of the human evidence involves heart health. Im not aware of any exercise benefit. If it helps, here is everything I was able to figure out about what black seed oil does
