Ah I lost it for a bit. I won't get into it in great depth but I'm having an issue with my one of my eyes and it has put me in a bad place.
My plan is to get back on the wagon tomorrow. Have some chicken to prep and I'll plan out some food for all of next week. Maybe after my follow up doctor appointments on Tuesday I'll be more willing to get on here and post about it.

Whoa! I have been gone for awhile. Just a bit depressed lately but I have came around and know that no matter what I still need to work on this. So I am back and looking to get through this and stick with it. I raised my totals up a bit, might still be a bit low for me but we will see. I know I have some wiggle room which is nice. Monday was busy and I didn't get lunch in, my dinner was a salad from a local joint so I estimated on it so it would be worse but I bloated my numbers a bit more than I think I had to compensate for not knowing.

Food Prep!
Ah! Sunday night I marinated 4 lbs of chicken breast, part in a Mango Chipotle from Trader Joe's and the other part in a Honey Terriyaki, both were lowish in counts. Grilled them up Monday night and gave half a breast of each to the wife and the rest was paired with broccolli(sp on purpose to pass the broc filter!) for my lunches.

Good day. I got a little snacky at night and it resulted in the Ice Cream Sandwich. The bright side to that Ice Cream was that I only had one and didn't binge on anything.

RSP Free Samples
Wound up getting some free samples from RSP. I haven't had any of it yet but I'm excited to try them out. I have yet to use anything other than protein powder, so this will probably be a bit of a change for me. My wife and I are looking at a gym and I was thinking of waiting until then to try these out to do a bit of a comparison. So look for a follow up on these in probably a week or two.

It was going good, a not that bad cheat day at golf. But after I got home I wasn't tired and wound up binge eating crap. It's my bad and I know I needed to post it. Hopefully the **** messing with me gets over with soon but having to go get an MRI on Thursday has me nervous,anxious,depressed and that's what led to my loss of control.
