    Incoming Freshman Football

Hello! This is the log I'm creating for the upcoming football season. I'm going to be a freshman so I need as much advice as I can get! Stats: 6'3, 180 lbs. Current lifts(1RM): Bench: 230 lbs Squat: 315 lbs Power Clean: 210 lbs. I've been lifting weights since 6th grade. I've been trying to gain weight but it seems that I've hit a plateau. I'll be logging my workouts on this thread. I think I'll be playing safety next year. Any advice on what weight I should get to for next season would be appreciated.

    5/30/17
    Bench Press: 6x4 185 lbs
    Board Press: 5x5 155x5 165x5 185x3x5
Bent Over Rows: 3x10 115 lbs
Lying Down Tricep Extensions: 3x12 with 2 25 lb dumbbells
DB Bicep Curls: 2x12 with 2 35lb dumbbells
EZ Bar Curls: 2x12 with 2 10s on each side
    Inclined Pushups: 2x15 (BW)

Workout Notes: A little bit of left arm elbow pain with tricep extensions. I couldn't go as heavy as I wanted. I will try to ice if I have time. The rest of the workout felt good though.

Nutriton: Just trying to eat for mass. I noticed I looked pretty skinny in the weight room lol.

I'm following a workout plan the high school coach made for the team.
    Any tips would be appreciated.
