    Macros advice please.

    Hi,

    I'm new to the idea of macros so need advice on the basics. Sorry if any of the questions are dumb to the pro's.

    1.When I'm calculating fat ratio is it total fat or do I only look at what saturates etc?

    2.does Fluid (water) intake matter and does that need to be added to the overall daily macros in some way for cutting?

    3. I did a full body analysis at my gym using a Boditrax machine. My BMR using the calculations comes out approx 3-400 calories above the Boditrax machine. How accurate are those machines and which BMR should I go with?

    Sorry for lots of questions but any advice would be great to help me get to my goal.
