In again. Only lost 1.1 on the final week and I'm starting a 4 week PSMF next week before my trip so I'm hoping for some pretty good numbers in the first half of this thread.

I've been losing pretty steadily at a rate of 1.4lbs/week since late February. At my current rate, I should reach my goal around June 26th.
Based on my current loss rate, here is my projected weight for each weigh-in. Let's see how closely I can predict my progress! (Actual weigh-ins will be bolded each week).
