I'm expecting to gain on the first weigh in, having a day off today and tomorrow and been unable to work out, basically being crippled by a migraine. PSMF starts on Thursday so it's the 4 weeks after (finishing perfectly on a holiday!) that're important. Got to get back some sanity first.
On the plus side, and this'll sound dumb; I'm having a takeaway meal tonight. Typically I'd spend £40-£50 on this...literally just on myself. Yeah, I know how ridiculous that is, wonder why I was over 300 pounds. Tonight I spent £14 and I suspect most of it will go to waste. Baby steps people.IIFYM

My weight this morning was 154.3, so down just a hair from yesterday. According to MFP, I'm down three pounds from last week, but for a variety of reasons I think the actual total is closer to 1.5-2. Either way, good downward momentum.
I'm here to kick ass and chew bubble gum, and I'm all out of bubble gum.

Thanks a bunch! I think I'm getting close to 18% bodyfat now. I can ALMOST see my abs -- given how far I've come, I have to keep reminding myself not to get impatient, that's it's a marathon, etc etc, and not to get discouraged because I don't have a six pack yesterday. :-p I haven't seen sub-150 since college, so it'll be interesting to see what my body composition is if I can lose even four additional pounds.

I agree 100%. I have 4-5lbs left to lose to hit around 12%. never been there in my life ever. The last 5-10lbs are deffo the hardest. Body just seems to want to resist but its coming off slowly. I too have to give myself that constant reminder - it takes time, stick to it, were are my damn abs, etc

196.8 this morning (even if I did step off and step back on because i didn't like the "197.2" it showed me first...sshhh, don't tell anyone).
I'm really having some fun with my cardio lately, because I am still following the stronglifts 5x5 but am increasing so slowly (2.5lbs per week if at all, not per workout like it used to be), so if my lifts can't improve at the same rate as they used to I'll make sure my mileage is coming along still :-) Managed a 5k run in 20:18 this week, so I know where my next bench mark lies."Through Calorie-counting all things are possible" : Phil 19:26

Down just under 2 pounds. Spent a couple days in hospital, not worked out in ages because of the sheer pain but seems to be on the way out. Not sure if I'm starting the PSMF today or not as I just kind of wait this out. But hey, loss is a loss.

Weight In Day!
I'm at 193 this morning... Up 2lbs. Not a great start, but I'm pumped up to break the 190 barrier by the end of next week or after.
Quick question - I'm not sure how to send a PM. Usually, you click on a person's profile, but here that takes you to their bodyspace page.
Thanks for the help
EDIT - Nevermind. I was on mobile before, when I tried using a PC, clicking the profile brought up the PM option.
