If you would have to create an competition that measure an athletes overall capabilities which events,movements or sports would you add in? Sprinting, marathon, climbing, swimming, compound lifts, body weight skills, gymnastic skills, some form of obstacle course and some form of martial art practice?
Events that test the 10 fitness components in the best way and then you get an overall score.
Agility
Accuracy
Balance
Coordination
Flexibility
Power
Speed
Strength
Stamina
Cardiovascular Endurance
