    Mass-Ology and Redtest by Muscleology

    Hello Everyone. I am going to be logging Mass-Ology and Redtest to see how things go. Trying to get lean as much as I can over the summer. I wont be taking a full serving of the Mass-Ology but I will be using as a mid-day snack. Probably 1.5 scoops a day. Taking Redtest as prescribed though. I am 5'8 201 as of this am. Looking to stay around that but would be happy to lose some fat and drop a few lbs as well. I am taking a multi vit, CLA as well. Currently doing a full body working every other day with my wife at the gym. 3 exercise for legs, 2 for back and chest, 1 for shoulders, bis and tris. Cardio is always walking my pitbull 20-30 mins a day. On off days from gym I will be riding my bike 20-30 mins as well. Current macros are 180g protein, 200g carbs 65g fat. I will adjust as needed. I will give my honest opinion of this stack as I feel should be pretty good.

    So I got a chance to try the Mass-Ology yesterday and will use again today. I took pre workout yesterday about an hour before. I only took 1 scoop so its 1/3 of the macros. 80g carbs and 20g protein. Drank with about 16oz of water. I put it in my shaker cause I figured would be ok. Very thick. Mixed well in the shaker. I may just use with water next time cause it was thick and took a little while to drink. LOL. I feel this will help with the easy add of 80g of carbs especially pre workout. Walked the dog for 20 mins. As always. Here is my workout from the other day. I am going to talk with my wife since we lift together to maybe go back to p/p/l

    Things are going well with the Mass-Ology.Like I said I am only taking 1 scoop a day. I would rather eat food but I like the ease of taking this one scoop and adding all the carbs and decent amount of protein. I have been taking with milk so that is some added calories as well. Mixed well. Really thick but tasted really good. And that fact that is ice cold was even better that is how I have my milk. Weight staying the same but more full when I drink this. Redtest is going well to. Here is the workout.

    Weight is staying pretty good. I am only doing 1 scoop vs the 3 as recommended. I am getting most of my marcos from food. But I thought I would give this a try. It mixes well and is very Chocolate. I think if you are to take this mass gainer that you would have to mix in a blender for sure. Redtest is going well also. Definitely getting better sleep.

    Things are going good still. Weight up a little but feeling more full when drinking the Massology but also getting in my real food as well. Getting great pumps with the added carbs pre workout with the shake as well. Workouts going great. Great sleep and the libido increase is kicking in from the Redtest
