    Heavy Bag Workout for building muscle

    So im trying to lose skinny fat by bulking then cutting. Problem is i dont have access to weights so i have to build muscle through alternative options. I have a 100 lb heavy bag and gloves so Im thinking of working the bag 2 days a week as part of my program. Can anyone link me to a workout that focuses specifically on building muscle mass and isnt just cardio?

    gym/workout with no gym

    Its hard to build muscle without lifting join a gym man if you cant afford to push ups and pull ups will only get you so far.

    The heavy bag isn't gonna build muscle.

    I lift stronglifts 4x a week and hit the heavy bag every day doing my muay thai training along with going to the dojo 2x a week for formal muay thai training
