So im trying to lose skinny fat by bulking then cutting. Problem is i dont have access to weights so i have to build muscle through alternative options. I have a 100 lb heavy bag and gloves so Im thinking of working the bag 2 days a week as part of my program. Can anyone link me to a workout that focuses specifically on building muscle mass and isnt just cardio?
