I've posted 2 threads on here already about a 15k calorie food challenge I'm thinking of doing in a few weeks but haven't had any reasonable responses. I usually consume 2300-2500 calories as I'm just trying to maintain my weight. So long story short, how much would 15,000 calories set me back on my physique, or will one cheat day even of that quantity have minimal effect? Thanks

Stop posting threads. Apply common sense. Plan on gaining fat and seeing your "physique change" if you (if you can, most people cannot even come close) plan to consume 15,000 calories in a single day.
