Hello all,
Just wanting to get some feedback of how i'm looking for my first show? I have finally committed to a show that is just under 4 weeks out right now. I'm sitting around 194 lbs and hoping to at least drop another 5-6 lbs by show time.
Still eating 300g+ of carbs everyday, calories are around 2800 and only doing about 20-25 minutes of cardio post workout. Been consistently loosing 1-2 lbs every week following Avatar nutrition's moderate fat loss.
Also -- thoughts on rocking my beard during the show??

NPC or natural? Looking pretty good for 4 weeks out, gives you enough time to dry out a bit more. The only thing i'd suggest is spreading your scapula more. You've got a lot of width left. Open your back up and spread those wings! Good luck man, you will do well. Remember - Your first show is a learning experience so ENJOY it. Don't stress too much.
Dedication + Determination = Results

I personally would not judge yourself on weight loss but how good you.
Take every week for the next three weeks, same poses, same lighting, and compare them.
If you don't lose weight so what as long as looked better that the previous week.
You look lean right now,the vein in your traps backs this up.
Good luck to you!

Thanks for the tip, i do feel like getting lighter right now might not be the best thing for me. I do feel like i can tighten up a little bit in the lower back/love handle area. So not planning on making any major changes and hoping these next few weeks go well and ill be set.

** Update, now just 4 days out. Here is a couple more pics from 1 week out. Getting excited!
My weight has pretty much flattened out at 190-191 since ive started adding in a little extra calories. Lowest i saw was 188.5. Planning on getting quite a bit more carbs in at the end of this week to really help me fill out and am just hoping for a fun show!--The hardest things in life are done the least, but provide the most
