    Body Fat Percentage

    Hi all

Apologies if this is in the wrong place, but I'm kinda new to all this stuff.

Is 25% Body fat too high for a guy? (I understand it varies case by case but just generally). I have done various different tests and they all come out at around 25%. Just looking to stay healthy here, but should I try and loose a bit? Any advice really welcome as my knowledge is very limited in this area.

    Many thanks in advance

25% is the high end of the acceptable levels of body fat. You could certainly be much healthier and you'd be better off aiming for 15-20% if you want to be around for a bit longer.

Probably top end of the average. Eat a few less calories and lift some weights.
