    How do I calculate my cals now?

    So broke my wrist and can now do cardio, I lowered my cals since I was sedentary during the period I couldnt even do cardio.

    Now how do I calculate my calories, using the multiple calculators if I do 45-60 mins of cardio a day of light intensity do I just put daily exercise and go off that or do I put little to no exercise? I can't lift for another 2 weeks, I was losing on 2300 at 5'8 before I broke my wrist training 5-6 days a week doing maybe 15-20 mins cardio 3-4 times a week.

    ^ Fixed Opie. Now that I can read it...

    Just increase your deficit the same amount as the cardio. If you were burning 150 calories a day, eat 150 calories less.

    I mean I was training 5-6 days a week (everything twice as week), doing 3-4 15-20 minute cardio sessions alone were burning 150-200 calories. I also work a physical job 40+ hours a week which involves a lot of walking around, lifting glass, lifting steel etc.

    track, use common sense and adjust. or blindly follow calculations and maybe you will get disappointed, maybe it will work. who knows
