    Cool figure comp

I am 11 weeks out from my first figure competition. I love my coach. I am 5'4 135 lbs and about 17 percent bodyfat. I am worried I wont shredded for the show. My coach says I will. I guess this is new to me and was wondering what you guys think. I am lean and have some work on my glutes, but other than that I feel ok. I know this is NPC show and so many girls will be on some type of steroid. I am not that girl. Any suggestions?

This. Let your coach do his/her job. If by competition day you don't feel you are where you should be, find another coach for your next show. But at least give him/her a chance first.
