I do feel pretty good for the rest of the day. In fact, I feel better than if I hadn't worked out in the morning. I've been lifting early for years though, so I think I'm pretty used to it by now.
Same here, I always feel great for the rest of the day. Occasionally, I'll have a period during the afternoon where I'll drag, but it doesn't last. No, I always train fasted. Its never bothered me any. I pretty much roll out of bed and drive to the gym. Although at this point, I'm just trying to maintain and make incremental improvements. I might have a different mind set if I was bulking.

Very deep pump in my quads by the last set of leg press. I keep my stance somewhat close to really focus on the quads during the movement. Got a nice stretch doing the laying ham curls. High tempo workout, and I didn't get tired or lag. Solid pump in my calves as well doing seated calf work. I'm sure I'll be feeling this workout by this evening. Someone knocked on my down around midnight and woke me up, so I was dragging a little this morning. Got in and knocked it out though!YOU > Bladen

Felt great to be back in the gym after taking a few days off. I had to go to a wedding over the weekend and do a few cookouts as well. The wedding was catered with Fried chicken, and mac n cheese. I was definitely carbed up. Huge, deep pump on my pulldowns. High energy workout as well. I was super rested and ready to go. Gym was near empty. Back to work for me tomorrow. Interesting thoughts about one scoop on leg day. I might give that a try, although I didn't feel like the pump was too much.YOU > Bladen

One of those days where I did not want to get out of bed. I think it was from having 4 days away from work and getting up at my normal time. Laid in bed for about 5 minutes, then hopped up chugged Quake. Got to the gym and was ready to roll. Another deep contraction in my lats today. Arms were also heavily pumped by the end of the workout. Workout was a little shorter than normal as I had to run a few errands before work today. I definitely have been pushing the tempo on Quake and my body is responding well.YOU > Bladen

My doorbell rang the other day and I thought it was my latest bodybuilding.com order arriving, turns out it was my next door neighbor, who was coming over to inform me that someone had broken into her house the night before. Sometime between 9pm and 2am, while she was gone, someone pulled up to her house, threw a brick through the front window, let themselves in, took her 60" TV off the wall (which required tools) helped themselves to a few other items that were put away, and left. They went in and out through the front door. Scary.

I took yesterday off, as my body was feeling wrecked. I think it was those few days I took off last week that got me out of the grove. Felt great today in the gym. Energy was there and tempo was high. I'm sure it being Friday helped as well lol. Very nice pump on my pulldowns. Took the volume a lighter lighter than normal as I'm still feeling a little beat up. Plan to hit the gym tomorrow morning and then get my weekend started.YOU > Bladen

Happy Saturday everyone! Well it appears I saved the best for last. This was probably my best workout so far on Quake. I was well rested and ready to go. Pump started a few sets into BB rows and never let up. It was a great way to start my weekend. Got a chess tournament later today then heading home for my godson's birthday. Unfortunately, I am officially out of Quake. Final review will be posted here and the review section early next week. Have a good weekend everyone!YOU > Bladen

Scivation Quake Stim Free
Introduction
First and foremost I want to thank Scivation for giving me the opportunity to log this product. It had been on my radar going back to before it came out. Scivation is known for their science-based and quality products and Quake is no exception. I’ve tried quite a few products in the stim-free category: Hemavol, HemaV02 Max, Vaskular, High Volume, as well as many bulk ingredients. I have a very good feel for what works and what doesn’t. My training is also very consistent so I notice minute changes in performance, energy, or pump. I had been due for a stim break considering I had been using them non-stop for probably two years. Enter Scivation Quake.
Formula
Quake’s formula is very complete. Its perfect for those that are training fasted in the morning with 7g of BCAA. One could even pair it with Xtend. I’ve always been a huge fan of citrulline for pumps and Quake has a whopping 6 grams of it. I was also very happy to see arginine nitrate in the formula, as I have responded very well to nitrates in the past. Peak02 is one of those newer ingredients on the market that improves performance and endurance. Having only a 10 workout supply, I cannot give judgement yet to the merit of Peak02. But, I can say without a doubt that with all the combined ingredients, you will not find a better pump product on the market.
Taste and Mixability
The flavor was Lemon Drop which could honestly taste a million different ways. Quake’s flavor was a very mild lemon. Not too sweet, not too sour. It was a nice medium that I think everyone would like. Personally, I don’t drink my preworkouts like fine wine, and usually just chug them down. So as long as I’m not gagging, I’m good to go. Scivation exceeded my expectations with being able to flavor and cover that many ingredients. As for mixability, there was the usual few granules left in the shaker, but a quick swish with water and they were down.
Performance and Endurance
Having not taken a stim break for two years, I expected to drag once I got to the gym. This was not the case. Once I chugged Quake and started my first set, I was ready to go and focused on the workout. I did not notice any drop in energy from being off stims. The pump started fast and early. On my back day, even just do rows or pulldowns would elicit a strong pump in my arms. On my push day, my triceps were basically balloons by the end of the workout. I have always believed a solid pump enhances the workout experience and makes for a better workout. It also allows me to really focus and feel the muscle I am working. As for endurance, I did increase my tempo on exercises. Rather that was from Quake, or placebo, 10 workouts is not enough to determine. However, the pump was immediate and the best from any product I’ve used.
Overall Thoughts
Scivation is known for quality products and this is no different. It is an excellent addition to their performance line. I’ve had my eye on this product for a while, and was glad I had the opportunity to try it out. This is a product I will be buying again in the future, and I plan to purchase the stim version. I know many may have issues with the price, but you will be hard pressed to find this kind of complete formula for cheaper or anywhere. You know with Scivation you are getting a quality product with quality sourced ingredients. That is not something you can put a price on. Overall, this is the best pump product I’ve used and my hat is off to Scivation.YOU > Bladen
