So this is a question I've hard a hard time finding an answer to with Google.
I'm going to use an example product to make my question easier to understand.
So Muscletech's Platinum Multivitamin.
Serving Size : 3 Caplets
Directions For Platinum Multivitamin: Take 1 serving (3 caplets) with a glass of water daily.
The serving size here is 3 caplets.
For optimal absorption would it not be better to split the serving up?
Example: Of the 3 Caplets needed to equal a serving take
- 1 when you wake up
- 1 mid day
- 1 before bed
I've read from people saying that it doesn't matter. Yet again, isn't it the same with things like protein? From my understanding the body can only absorb so much at a time. So wouldn't splitting that dosage up be more effective? Like you don't want your entire days protein in one setting.
The same would apply with fish oils? You'd want to split that up throughout the day I'm assuming.
Thoughts? I also appreciate links to back up if possible. I love a good read.

I have tried it all different ways to see if helps me. I split the Platinum Multivitamins 2 tablets in the morning then 2 after lunch at the same time I take Hydroxycut. I wouldn't take the multivitamin any later in the day. 3 tablets with breakfast is the intended use but as mentioned I like to do things different.
