    Need Help - Please

    Hello all:
New to the community. I'm looking for something outside of the Hydroxycut family that will help me in the gym. I'm 6'3" 235. Not really trying to add more weight, but just trying to get more cut. Not really sure what supps go together. I prefer pill over drinks. I have no idea how to "Stack", or even if I'm using the right terminology.
    Any help would be great.
    Thanks
    RC

Dropping weight is all about your diet and eating in a caloric deficit. Supplements won't do anything for you if your diet isn't figured out and you're adhering to it. You can always look to add a fat burner however you need to understand they are helping your energy levels and surpress appetite is all. Don't think they are some kind of magic source for fat loss.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Supplement a good diet, don't diet on supplements.

Basically, you can control your gaining and cutting phases simply by altering your diet. Of course some fat burners will help with appetite suppression and mood/energy during your cutting phase as some people experience a lack of energy during that time. If you do end up stacking, make sure the two supplements are both stimmed or that will end up badly.

Thank you for the info! Could you tell me what stimmed means? What supplements do people use to get leaner and not bigger/bulkier?

Supplements don't cause one to get leaner, nor bigger/bulkier. Diet causes that. Stimmed means it has stimulants in it.

Here's a pro tip on supps. If you don't know what you need, you don't need it. Period. Supplements are a small part of success, less than 5% I'd wager. Diet, training, rest and hydration are far more important to worry about.

If you want to lose weight, head to the nutrition forums and get your diet hammered out.

While I agree with the above, a good fatburner can help ease the hunger pains and make the process tolerable. I'd be happy to send you some samples of Tight Xtreme Reloaded, if you like.

Get your diet down pat, ensure youre eating in a caloric deficit.

For starters I'd suggest the basics:
    Creatine - Platinum 100% Creatine
    Protein - Nitro-Tech 100% Whey Gold
    Multi - Platinum Multivitamin
Fish Oil - Platinum Fish Oil

With the basics covered, I enjoy and benefit from, and would suggest taking Amino Build Next Gen intra workout, and between meals if you'd like. I notice increased endurance and recovery time using it with my triathlon training alongside my weight training.

This, and like the others have said, diet is the most essential part of "cutting down".
You can't cheat a bad diet.

I have used Level II by Formutech Nutrition to help me lose weight. It's the diet and training that is most effective. The Level II helped with energy and appetite suppressant will lowering my calories. In the end it just came along side to help, it's definitely the diet and training

Any Hydroxycut to me is a finishing touch or a boost when I am low. First and foremost nail that diet and training. Have a look at Hydroxycut Revolution for when you need it.

This. Rcary I've experimented with almost everything legal and... To lose weight it comes down to diet. I wish there was a pill or stack that could help this. I am the most cut I have been right now and it is diet. I eat less as a whole. On top of that I do cardio, eat less carbs and more protein. Adding a stimulant may help curb your appetite a bit. Think a caffeine pill here.
