Well, finally decided on what my project car is going to be, and i'm stoked! I don't know why it didn't hit me earlier, because it's always been at the top of my bucket list. I think i just considered it unobtanium, because i already had a dedicated track car and so it slipped my mind.

Caterham 420R. Hnnnnnnng. Same color scheme as the below pic. The bad news.... they only produce about 500 a year, and there's literally just 1 more slot available for this year, which has a delivery date of next March. At this point i don't know if i'll get the slot. I'm hoping to find out today, or Sunday at the latest. Would be a lifelong dream come true, because i've wanted a Caterham since i was about 6 years old and thought it was the coolest thing i've ever seen. Still think it is, and the fact that it is blindingly quick is just a nice bonus

Looks like i'm getting that last spot, and will have to head in tomorrow to put some money down. Won't take it for granted until that happens, but fuark. I excite

His gourmet burgers are legit the best burgers you will ever taste. The man is a magician, and i won't stand for your less than agreeable tone about him.

ps: it's not legit kobe beef as you say. There was no such thing as real kobe beef in the US until late 2012. They were not allowed to be exported, and so all the kobe beef you've ever had was actually kobe style beef. In 2013 they allowed very limited exports, and in the US there are only 9 restaurants that have real kobe beef, and they rarely have any in stock. Dubai has one restaurant that serves it, and it isn't Salt Bae's.

Anybody here use a ped0meter or some kind of fitness tracker to monitor daily activity/sleep?

Trying to make these numbers my daily goal. I figured if i could increase my daily activity/NEAT/NEPA, i can eat more food. I like food

Yes, not FitBit, but I use something. I hit half those steps, usually. Not counting lifting, boxing, wrestling, etc. But actual feet on the pavement I do about 11k a day.

Buying it is the easy part, now you got to put it together...and after you put it together...you remember about that one nut you forgot to put loctite on while in a decreasing radius corner at the edge of adhesion...

Those things are not accurate for the money that they cost. I got a "fit" bracelet, and the tech is pretty mediocre; certainly not the manner in which it is represented. Any step count is divided so that I'm not overestimating my daily count. Heart rate is also not accurate and sleeping pattern "calculations" are unnecessary/a marketing ploy.
You're better off just amping up your workouts, when you DO workout, IMO.

Fair enough. The only reason I'd mentioned what I did was that, there have been a couple class action lawsuits against Fitbit (and, I'm assuming, similar brands/tech) in the past. But, if you feel like it will help you; by all means.

This guy Im working with needed cash bad. Apparently there are companies out there that will loan money against government pensions. Fast money with no credit check, but got damn. $850 per month for 5 years, for a $5,000 loan. I had to read it over at least 3 times to believe it. No way to pay it off early. Holy christ. And its against a military pension, this guys a veteran.
