Caught a bit of the news before and they had a piece on Chris Cornell passing away (RIP). They then put up a trigger warning that if anybody was disturbed by the news, to call lifeline.

I have friends and family who have actually committed suicide.
A trigger warning about the death of a celebrity should be wholly unnecessary. I understand the multi-polar complexity that pushes people toward suicide, but if you're so frail, and so weak that you need a trigger warning for the death of a celebrity, chances are you should not be watching the news in the first place, and that you should be institutionalized.
It speaks of a much larger cultural problem that is taking place, and advancing trigger warnings to everything that might upset these extremely volatile individuals does nothing but propagate whatever that cultural problem may be, in my view.
The fact that it needs to exist is what bothers and befuddles me most.
When I hear about things like this, I'm always reminded of:
“We’re the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War’s a spiritual war… our Great Depression is our lives.“The life of man is solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short.” – Thomas Hobbes, 1588 – 1679

Actually watching it now. They're interviewing some autistic Asian chick that can barely coherently express herself, from Melbourne University, that set up workshops on white male privilege. lmao
"As a Chinese woman I've had experiences where I felt like my contributions weren't taken seriously".
I can assure this chick that it has absolutely nothing to do with her being Asian or a Woman. It's purely because she's an autistic fukking retard.Last edited by TheFornicator1; 05-19-2017 at 02:39 AM.

Leftists always play the race card even when it has nothing to do with race. Criticising someone that's Black or Asian, does not mean you are criticising that person because they are Black or Asian. They can't seem to understand the difference, and it often makes me feel like joining the illuminati and sacrificing goats to Moloch so I don't have to consort with peasants any more.

I can confirm you're a cuck.
With that being said, I have someone close to me that has too. With talking about it, it was clear it was their mindset about everything not being exactly how they wanted (per say perfection), but taking for granted all the great things they did have.
Hence my earlier point on an adversity free world. With that being said not everyone has someone to talk to.

...too late, already did.
Yet, I'm beyond understanding in a Liberal Utopia where everyone is accepting, and open, anyone could feel isolated or alone *wink*
P.S. I know you like to make a point to come after me Stoli. Makes me feel good that my points and thoughts go to the core of your flawed beliefs.Last edited by JrM703; 05-19-2017 at 03:06 AM.

I just realized I have a leftover jar of pickle brine in the fridge that I could use on some chicken breasts. Holy ****.

"Do you think SHE actually felt like that was a sexual thing he was doing? She's like 6. Only an actual p3do would think that she thought he was groping her, too."

Guardians of the Galaxy 2 was good. There's much listlessness in the first and second acts but goddamn can James Gunn write and direct an ending, so all that was forgiven.

Speaking of movies.....I watched the latest "Fast and the furious" film today, and I was quite surprised. As corny as these films are, I quite enjoyed it. The action scenes were good and I found myself laughing all throughout, instead of cringing at bad jokes. 8/10 action flick.
