Same. Just started back last week. I didn't test max's because I knew I lost a lot of strength so no point focusing on the negative. Instead, I just changed my training accordingly. I still look good but I lost a lot of size (not that I care, I only train for health these days).

Happened to all of us. I did a workout last week; just an arms workout. Didn't lose too much strength but DOMS like no one's business for days after. The rest of the week I was walking around like a T Rex.

I'm actually scared to see much I've lost off of my bench/squat/ dead.

That's just ASKING for trouble. It I was going to that gym that has "no mask [requirement], no wiping down, basically no sanitizer..." I would have said goodbye...**AND NEVER, EVER go back**.

Not having a mask requirement is one thing. Not wiping down is a very different thing. AND NOT HAVING SANITIZER EVEN IN THE BUILDING, IS UNFORGIVABLE.

I mean, what about those people who WANT to use sanitizer...are they just entirely out of luck?

Dad went on vacation I’m pet sitting his pitbull. Was walking him and I turn around one second to check my phone and he has a squirrel in his mouth. Was embarrassing walking him back to the house with this animal in his mouth. He would not let go. Got ahold of my pops I tried offering him treats, food just anything to release the squirrel. Finally dad on phone suggesting I stick my fingers in his nostrils to get him to let go. I still couldn’t but we got a vet tech over to help and finally the fingertips in his nose did work but it took many tries . Ya the squirrel was dead and I couldn’t for hours get Him to release it. A pit bulls grip lock whatever is ridiculously strong af.
