What would you suggest to help this imbalance?

Hey all. So I have uneven pecs. I've had scapular issues for a few years and only started working out for real the past year, however my chest has always been somewhat uneven. Now that I'm cutting down, it's become blatantly obvious. My doctor had an ultrasound run and everything looks normal, however he suggested that perhaps the muscle itself somehow detached and shifted upward. This doesn't seem likely to me, however it's obvious that one side the upper half is overdeveloped and the other side the lower half is. Attached is an album with a few pictures. Please let me know what you think.

Wont lie, that does stand out; try more dumbbell work to get each side to work without compensation from the other IMO.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Definitely. It's frustrating. I've recently begun to work on releasing my chest and shoulders with a lacrosse ball and want to work on increased mobility because there is a definite difference between the sides, but as far as how that affects the development of the area I'm not positive.
