Lost weight maybe a little too fast. You think I lost lean tissue?

Hi, I started a cut on April 1st with these stats: 162.6 pounds, BF estimate: 18%, My height: 5ft8. My body fat % goal is 10-12ish. After 2 weeks, I lost 6 pounds so I guessed much of that weight should have came from water since I decreased my carbs intake and stopped creatine. So I keeped the same macros for 2 more weeks. (P:144 C:179 F:65).

I'm now weighing 147.8 pounds so I lost 15 pounds in just over a month, that's huge in my case. Can you give me advices for the next weeks? Should I raise calories a little bit? You think I lost LBM? What'S my current bf ?

I posted before and after pics. Sorry for the bad lighting.

First off, always take creatine, no reason to stop it.

Mostly water, some fat too though, good results for one month; it is a bit fast but not likely you are losing much/any LBM at all. Those macros do only add to 1877 calories though which, yes, is very low given your stats, you could raise that by 500 or so and likely still maintain very good rate of weight loss and allow for more food in your diet. I would say go up to 2300-2400 calories and monitor results on that for a few weeks then adjust as needed to get to the 1 pound or so loss per week range.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Yeah, started to lose strength and my last workouts were exhausting. Going to rase carbs/fat to get to 2100-2200 first and check results. Do I restart taking creatine? That will mix up my weight but I think that will help fior keeping my strength.

    Thank you !

Yes, always take creatine, no need to ever stop or cycle it.
