Your best bet when it comes to dropping weight is being in a caloric deficit and focusing on your nutrition (calories in vs calories out). A preworkout shouldn't be the primary focus for that.

When it comes to Creatine you can stick with Creapure Mono as it's the most studied and can be bought for cheap.

Nutrition will be number 1 w/ training right up there.

    • What's your nutritional plan looking like? Are you in a appropriate caloric deficit while hitting your target macros?
If not then go here first:
    Calculate Calories and Macros
    https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=173439001

    • Secondly, make sure your training program is set up to allow the adaptions you're looking for with your goal

As for the supps: keep in mind that one (RSP) looks advertised as a bcca/"fat burning aid" and the other (Evlution) as a pre-workout/"fat burning aid". So it depends on what you're looking for. Evlution has some good ingredients yohimbe (be aware of potential sides) and Forskolin (not sure what extract though).

    As for the creatine:
    The mono from RSP

    1) Pre-workouts aren't about fat burning. Fat loss comes from caloric deficit to TDEE. IF you're interested in pres you need to know what you want out of it: energy, pumps, focus and/or some combo of the three. Once you know what you want, people can make suggestions.

    2) Creatine monohydrate. Pick one that fits your budget and is sold by a reputable brand. If CM at a 3-5g dose gives you the trots then consider HCL. Again, pick a brand that fits your budget and is reputable.

    That's about it..

Generally, the main ingredient in a pre-workout is caffeine. If you want to try regular caffeine for energy, you can find it pretty cheap on here.

I can echo what Fugi says for Best Creatine Defined. Losing weight will highly depend upon your diet and eating in a caloric deficit. Best Creatine Defined also has berberine in it which acts as a GDA to help your body partition nutrients better, mainly carbs. So if you have a carb meal after your workouts, Best Creatine Defined would be a great idea to have before that meal.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

curious what made you pick these specific products? you may want to do a little more research as most preworkouts are pump/energy/focus oriented than fat burning oriented
