Weight it with or without bones?

Im doing chicken wings today so I add it to my cronometer but im not sure if I should weight my chicken wings with or without bones. When I put in 300 gram chicken wings, does cronometer means with or without bones?

Should say 'bone in' or 'boneless'; if neither than assume it is for the food 'as is' so bone in.

Whichever way you pick, just stick with it. Consistency over time will lead to better results than the accuracy of any one entry.

If you aren't gonna eat it don't weigh it. Weigh the wings before you eat and subtract the weight of the scraps and bones left over. Same with oranges or bananas or anything else with a peel.

This is what I do....minus the eating fruit part.
The only "fruit" I "eat" is the juice of a fresh organic lemon with a glass of water or 2 every morning. It is great for kidneys, blood ph levels, blood vessel walls, adrenals, helps the liver, and aids in digestion. Plus there are very few carbs in them. One lemon has 5 grams of carbs.
Room temp or cool water is best 20-30 minutes before breakfast or a meal. I eat around 20-30ish carbs a day, mostly leafy greens and and a avocado or two.
Other than that I would stay away from fruit of any kind, until deeply adapted to keto diet.
