Best pre workout?

I have tried c4 and it was ok, now I'm taking Pre JYM and I really like but I'm just wondering is there is anything better out there? Lots of different websites have reviews all over the place. I'm looking for incredible pumps, energy and focus, any recommendations? Tia

Don't normally post in these forums but I use Pre Jym too, it's pricey but I find it a 'cleaner' PWO than most- others have given me too many skin tingles, too many shakes (somehow even on same caffeine), too weak or intense, last too long leading to insomnia, etc.

I take a scoop (or just under) at 3.45pm workout at 4.15-5.30 ish and it's great for getting in the zone.

BPI Sports Pump HD & BAM are two to PRE's to consider. Pump HD is caffeine free, it provides a wicked pump at one scoop and one of the coolest mental rushes you'll ever experience. BAM provides a super clean burst of energy and mental focus along with a great pump.

There is no "best" preworkout as everyone has different preferences and opinions. There are a ton of good options out there though. Some of my favorites that would cover the criteria you mentioned are:

PES Prolific
SAN Fierce Domination


^Can't go wrong with any of those options.

Have you looked into C4 Ultimate OP? It is a huge step up from normal C4 and I believe it meets all your criteria.

Coffee only. all pre workouts are full of crap, they can over stimulate your hormones and actually have a negative effect on muscle gain in place for a 'pump' for a few hours....

Just got some Rich Piana 5% pre-workout off a mate, he said he got bad anxiety from it cos it's 'too strong'. Load of ish.

Tiny tub and have to take at least 2 scoops to feel a buzz.

My favourite has to be NO-Xplode, that **** has me doing 2000kg curls for 50 reps.

Mr. Hyde is an excellent pre workout when it comes to energy. Also price per serving is good too considering all other pre workouts have like 50 scoops in them but you're taking 2 scoops every workout which is just makes you fly through your tub.

That's not wholly true. It's more dependent upon what someone wants from their pre-workout. It could be feelings of energy, pumps, focus or some combination of the three.
