I'm 45, active lifestyle. Beginner with weights. I'm 200 lbs, 5'8".
I'm motivated but where do you start in terms of picking a plan? I'm in information overload!!!
For now I've got 4 days week in gym, one hour (mid day).... I'll have 7 days week evenings for cardio.
I'm looking for that Brad Pitt fight club look.
