I'm on my second bottle. If you're using it as a strictly for the GDA function there are probably better choices out there. Overall I dig it as a non-stim fat burner though.

Typical mesh gym shorts or sweat pants, weather depepending

Long or short sleeve t-shirts, weather depending

For the placebo effect I try to wear t-shirts that fit well, have tight sleeves, and have some kind of cool gym or lifting related logo on them

Like my avatar, which is especially appropriate as it is currently Star Wars day. May the 4th be with you

(I also have several elite fts shirts I got in a combo deal years ago, a universal animal shirt, a couple Rogue long sleeve, a couple startingstregnth/starr shirts, one from a GA black iron style gym, etc)

Actually just picked up a couple shirts from the 50% off sale here on BB. Got a sweet old school Universal shirt for cheap. Generic sweat pants during the winter and i have some nice addidas shorts i've been wearing in the warmer months. About time to upgrade though. I'm not a "labels/brand name" guy at all, but I do find brand names make much better/nicer clothes when it comes to gym stuff. I like adidas for clothing, hate their runners. Nike make great runners, but I never run anymore so no need. Recently grabbed Asics Matflex Wrestling shoes. Perfect for DL and squats (I prefer flat soles for squats).

Increases glucose uptake in the muscles, regulates glucose metabolism, improves skeletal muscle insulin resistance, and regulates glucose levels.
