I'll just keep my hairy white legs covered with knee length shorts thank you. I have pretty good sized legs but can't really squat since my major knee destruction(twice) and surgery in 2005 so they are not nearly as large as they could be. I do hit squats and leg presses more than I used to but have laid off for a few weeks after my knee was ready to explode from the new routines I switched to(was doing squats 3 days a week to start the year then switched to a strength 5 by 5 program before it said enough was enough). They were quite ripped though when I was running an hour+ a day before I blew up the knee back in 2005.

There are shorts made for everyone. And agree with VO2 on the high calf issue, it sucks.

LOL, yeah these are commonly referred to as "ranger panties" in my line of work. They are our issued pt shorts, they are soffe brand, they are satiny and everyone wears them all the time, they are actually awesome. You may be more familiar with them if you ever see the Marines in their od green stuff, same shorts. I'd say I have decent legs for my height and natty, but as far as the shorts they are just a way of life in the military in general but especially within the "community" that I belong too...

You guys and all this talk about short shorts. Strong lacking in tights game. Love my spandex on leg days! Fully srs! Great for squats, deads, leg pressing
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Pre Extreme is a very solid option for a pre without DMAA/DMHA. Find it similar to Pre Kaged.
The whey has been hit or miss for me. Cake Batter and Pina Colada are both excellent. I wasn't a fan of Salted Caramel, Cookies and Cream, or the Lemon Meringue. Curious on the Chocolate PB.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

I like Rage better than Meso as an overall pre-workout, but I could not nor would not ever claim that it is because the 1,3 is better or different. They are very similar pre's, I know Meso is 65mg, Rage is 60mg but that's per scuepe not gram for gram. Meso serving is like 16g for 65mg of DMAA, while 11.7g for Rage for 60mg of DMAA so if you matched them Rage would be higher. Again no discernable difference in feeling, just personally like it better, not sure if that helped at all though lol.
