im bouncing back between 1.75-2 scoops and the more i use it the less i get the 'undesireable' effects like you described. the heavy heart rate in between sets, runny nose, cold sweats. yesterday i two scoped it and blasted through the workout with very little anything other than good focus/energy/epic pomps

Following an internal review Olympus Labs has decided to request the return of all tubs of Dragon's Mist RE1GN. There was a deviation in production of that flavour which does not provide the true effect of the product. No other flavours were affected.

We will incurr the full cost of the return and will provide a replacement tub in September from the 2nd production batch. 1 replacement tub per tub returned.

A USAPL lifter just got banned for two years. He's blaming MAN's Game Day. Apparently, it's not his fault since no one ever told him that a stimulant (in this case DMHA) doesn't have to be specifically listed to be banned. SMH.

Honestly, if I were competing in the USAPL, given the current controversy that's been going on (several international failures in the past year, possibility of sanctions on the USAPL by the IPF, USAPL cracking down hard), I'd probably stick to coffee and Monster. The WADA list is intentionally vague at times, banning "other substances with a similar chemical structure or similar biological effect(s)" to the compounds on the list. It seems like people on the out of competition testing list who are diligent about it will check the ingredient list on everything they put in their body, and if there's anything even slightly questionable on it, they don't take it.

Exactly. I only use caffeine pills on meet day. There are so many random things that are banned in competition (like hydromax), that it's not worth using a pre workout and having to wonder if any of the ingredients will be a problem.

Worked up to a top single box squat vs bands
Worked up to what was supposed to be a heavy triple conventional vs chains but overestimated and only got two on the last set. Got a disapproving glare (as I deserved)
5x8 hack squats
3x10 leg curls
High rep leg press 50-40-30-20-10 reps. Anyone who says Re1gn isn't pump-y enough is a liar.
Then, and here's the kicker, was able to drive home and did not stall my car, which means both my legs were working well enough to actually drive. That's really the most impressive part of this workout lol.
So, I'd say yes. But I'm probably biased so I'll let other people chime in.

Sounds like a hell of a training session.

I'd say yes, despite a few sides I mentioned in an earlier thread. Start at a 1-1.5 scoops and assess from there. I'm likely gonna end up using around 1.75 scoops on the regular.

The pump I had on Friday off the Reign was intense, I concur that it delivers. Lats, biceps and forearms were throbbing.

My quads suck. So lots of quad focused assistance work. It's been the focus for a few blocks now and as they improve, I'm getting less hip shoot, so we're continuing along this path for now. And then with some leg curls thrown in to not end up completely imbalanced lol.

Never thought of driving as GPP lol. Can I also count peeling a suit off of a teammate as GPP? Not quite as badass as someone tearing multiple muscles in his legs and then driving himself home though.

I have Area 51 open. I think it's good, but it seems to be hit or miss with people. Not quite as sour as I had expected, and other than that, really hard to describe, otherwise I'd be doing a better job here. ISEE Fury seems to be the least polarizing and getting the best reviews...it's a cherry slushie flavor (with some tea undertones from the Vaso6...which I'd expect with all flavors). Krusherz and Lion's Blood reviewing pretty well but seem to be less popular overall and haven't heard as much about them. Dragon's Mist obviously will be waiting for the next run, probably released around Labor Day or so.

Have been wanting to try Dymatize Pre W.O. and Re1gn. Decided to go with Re1gn due to the BOGO. Have never been let down by OL (still have 2 tubs of Conqu3r Unleashed, loved Hydro3, went through many tubs of Tr1umph, etc) so I expect nothing less than for this to land amongst my top pre-workouts list. Krusherz and Lions Blood were the only 2 flavors left

Based off the message posted ITT from OL, they will pay any fees in regards to sending in for the recall. There was just a specific person you had to e-mail. Would metnion customs fees ahead of time to make 100% clear, but can't do a recall and expect the customer to pay any additional fees and expect to be looked at in a positive manner from customers.

Used Re1gn just 1 scoop for squats this weekend and had excellent focus and I felt really good the whole time. I was doing sets of 3 and my heart rate jumped up a lot I felt like so I had to take longer breaks between sets but it wasn't a really big deal. Did some high volume leg extensions and leg curl super sets and then decided to hit arms since I missed 2 days this last week from donating blood and being out of town for my dads birthday and got a good pump. Overall I think Re1gn is pretty great. Will have to use a few more times to really make up my mind though. Krusherz was a pretty decent flavor, almost like that orange flavored cough syrup? It definitely wasn't bad in anyway shape or form but would probably be better in real cold water.
